Ladies and the few gentleman who follow this space, I just want to alert you all that it is officially sale season. Retailers are pushing out all their Winter and Fall wear from last season and ushering in Spring with vibrant colors, dresses and accessories in the form of skinny & retro sunglasses and wooden bags. But please, although I know you’re just as ready for Spring as I am, don’t skip shopping the sales! A lot of these items can work well into the summer, if you shop with some discretion. It is also Sample Sale Season, so if you live in New York City, don’t forget to check out the major sample sales happening soon. I’d go ahead and subscribe to 260 Sample Sale website to get emails straight to your inbox about the sample sales. My favorites are Proenza Schouler (which just ended yesterday), Alexander Wang, Derek Lam, Phillip Lim (which drops in April) and Tibi (who just dropped their online sample sale today).

GET THE LOOK
So Tibi’s online sale starts TODAY! Yes, they are having another online sample sale and it’s good per usual. If you are new here, you need to know that I love Tibi. It’s one of my favorite brands. They just know how to dress women and the footwear is always on point; exhibit A (that I wear to death) and exhibit B (that I need to wear more). Their clothes a made for the chic millennial woman. I nearly cried when this jumpsuit walked down the runway a few seasons ago and I saved a few pennies from every check to buy it. My favorite satin skirt that I featured in my recent Top 10 Spring Trends to Try in 2018 Video Haul, is from Tibi and is on repeat every season. In the winter I throw it on with a heavy sweater and boots and in summer with a these Tibi slides.
You may notice that my entire outfit was put together with different pieces from that video. It just shows you how versatile those Spring Trends can be including makeup trends.

Firstly let me say, you look absolutely freaking FABULOUS in this look! I LOVE those shoes, and that pop of red is everything.
